From the balcony you can sit and watch remarkable sunsets, white yachts sailing across the bay, families playing on the sand and strollers enjoying the promenade and views. Swansea Bay’s sandy beach sweeps from the marina entrance at the mouth of the River Tawe to Mumbles Head, is approximately five miles in length and is bordered by a popular promenade. Within the Maritime Quarter you will find the marina, restaurants, shops, pubs, a doctor’s surgery and both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.
Accommodation includes:
- 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 people (double beds). If you wish to fall asleep, or gradually awake, to the sound of the surf then this is the place to be!

- Fully fitted kitchen containing all the modern conveniences you would expect to find in a 5* rated property including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and glass hob.
- A large, open plan diner/ lounge. The lounge offers very comfortable seating on two 2-seater Italian leather sofas, a flat, wide-screen TV with digital channels; a DVD player and CD player/radio. From the lounge step through the double French doors onto the balcony which offers another 'al fresco' seating area.
A private parking space is available outside the main apartment entrance. Entrance to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance at the rear of the property. Key or intercom access only. Access is via a stairwell and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.
