A fully fitted modern kitchen equipped to the highest standard with all the utensils, dinner and glassware you are likely to need. Includes built-in:

Iron, ironing board and clothes airer are available.
Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner has side and front views of Swansea Bay and leads onto a balcony with seating area and sea views. Furnishing includes two 2-seater Italian leather sofas; an LCD, flat, wide screen TV with digital channels; and a DVD player and CD/radio. A selection of games are available for your use.
Bedroom 1 (En-suite)
Furnishings include a double bed with king-size duvet, 4 x pillows and bed linen; bedside cabinets with touch lamps; wardrobe; and a dressing table area. French doors open wide for views of the Bay.
En-suite Shower Room
With shower, wash hand basin, low level WC; mirror and shaving point; extractor fan and bath mat.
Bedroom 2
Furnished with a double bed with king-size duvet, 4 x pillows and bed linen; bedside cabinets with touch lamps and a dressing table area.
Main Bathroom
This consists of a low level WC, vanity unit and back-lit mirror, bath with shower hose attachment, a heated towel rail, an extractor fan and a bathmat.
Heating
The apartment is naturally warm and electrically heated by Economy 7 and wall mounted convector heaters. There is no separate charge for electricity, hot water or heating so you are free to use what you need when you need it.
Linen
Bed-linen is also included in the cost of your holiday and is changed weekly. You are required to bring your own towels/tea-towels.
For your convenience...
We supply you with the basic consumables i.e. toilet roll, washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets; cleaning materials; and salt & pepper. A complementary tray of tea/coffee/sugar together with a pint of milk is also available on your arrival.
